About Tim Peck
With more than 35 years of professional experience as a leader in Christian organizations, Tim brings a unique blend of practical wisdom, academic achievement, and spiritual discernment to his work.
Experience & Recognition
Tim's experience includes pastoring churches between 4,000 to 40 congregants in size. He also worked for nine years in campus ministry at a large Christian university.
For ten years years he volunteered as police chaplain, where he received a commendation for his work during the Grand Prix fire.
For more than 25 years, Tim also taught leadership, management, and communication courses to emerging Christian leaders at BIOLA University and Azusa Pacific University. Tim is currently an affiliate assistant professor of church leadership at Fuller Theological Seminary.

Tim is well read in organizational leadership, spiritual formation, theology, and people management. He has written for Preaching Today, Preaching Journal, and Christian Scholar's Review, as well as contributing chapters to the Preacher's Toolbox book series and the Dictionary of Everyday Theology and Culture (NavPress, 2010).
Leadership & Coaching
With a reputation as a "leader to leaders," Tim has a track record of coaching Christian leaders. He has mentored undergraduate and graduate students preparing for leadership and served as a pastor-at-large within his denomination. He is a certified spiritual director with training in strength-based leadership, Enneagram, MBTI, and emotional intelligence.
Education & Credentials
Tim is an ordained pastor with a Doctor of Ministry from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School and a Master of Divinity from Talbot School of Theology.
Additionally, he completed a three-year certificate in spiritual direction from Loyola Marymount University's Center for Religion and Spirituality.
Personal
An outdoor enthusiast, Tim enjoys hiking, rock climbing, and kayaking. He is married, with a blended family of nine adult children.
